About Me
Growing up I knew I was going to be a Coug!
I have always had my family’s support, no matter what challenge I took on; chess, golf, and even theatre. At first, I wanted to go into the field of Construction Management until my freshman year when I discovered tall buildings make me sick. Then I found Landscape Architecture. Turns out that my love of plants nullified my fear of heights. Now, I look at the world differently. When I travel I see design elements, I want to help Communities integrate environmental science for the betterment of living. Moving forward I would like to work with Public Works, bringing nature back into urban environments.

Plants in our Environment

Landscapes

Creativity
Having plants in the home is a way to improve air quality, brings pops of color, and gives one a sense of responsibility to care for something other than one's self. Landscapes are outside spaces that allow humans to express creativity and help design a better environment for one's self or one's community.
Parks, ponds, playgrounds. Each space is a place that sparks an element of joy. Alcoves, paths, and walkways are all designed to get people from one place to another in the most efficient or desirable way possible. All of these places mostly found outdoors in one way or another interact with us, in a broader term these are our landscapes.
Sometimes all it takes is a line to call a blank canvas art. When designing a sketch can bring one's though to reality. It's not perfect the first pass but each new illustration better develops the design. Sometimes you just have to trust the process.
